For her role in Black Swan, she has been following 1200-calories diet of 5 meals a day. Portions should be palm-size.

According to, she disliked how she looked after the weight loss so much that “as soon as filming wrapped, she indulged in all her favorite meals — namely burgers and Chinese food.”

Work Out

For Black Swan, she works out 5 hours a day – 7 days a week. OMG…too much discipline for me and this was a bit extreme for how much she was eating.

On a normal basis, she prefers outdoor activities like jet-skiing and snowboarding and dancing


She apparently takes skincare very seriously.

She does a $7k HD Diamond and Ruby Peel for her skin, neck, décolleté, arms and the back of her hands. These are the areas that will age first!! So smart..

Make Up

Mila Kunis knew what her best features were. In terms of make up, she played up her hazel eyes.

1. Frame your eyes well with an eyeliner. Black is a bit harsh so use brown.

2. Use mascara on both bottom and upper lashes to get bigger eyes.

3. Since she is already playing up her eyes, she tones down the rest of her make up and uses nude lipstick.

  1. In Black Swan she was amazing but I don’t think her regime for that is healthy to follow. I’d say she looks way sexier with meat on her.
